- Trans people deserve respect and safety from discrimination, abuse or harassment
- Trans sport participation is not supported
- Trans access to bathrooms that different from the sex of your birth is not permitted or supported
- Trans access to youth gender transition surgery or treatment is not supported
- Transgenderism does not change sex or challenge biology
- There are two sexes
- You can not change your sex or gender on your passport or other government documents

That would be stupid, because it capitulates to maga's world view, thus making them "correct". The same issue happened with immigration, capitulated too much and ended up losing to the ones who originally posed the idea.
There is nothing to gain from making those statements. The portion of the populace who supports trans identity (generally) is too large to piss off and make them not want to vote again. Remember, we only lost the election because like in 2016, we didnt have the turnout. You are forgetting that when we do have the turn out, we out number these people.
The same motivation for voting wasnt the same as in 2020, and gaza and dems capitulating to the right is what caused it.
