But it's not the same, it's been altered by every president since Carter, including Trump :mindblown:

Look at section 2 of Obama's document which states: "(a) Establishment. There is established the White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities (Initiative), to be housed in the Department of Education (Department)."

Then look at section 2 of the tweet of the new order above and see where this is housed. Looks like he agreed to one of their demands. I'll wait for the reactions experts (HBCU prez's and other pundits) before judging this outcome.

Everything they complain white people on reddit and st0rmfr0nt do they do . If Trump is going to spend a trillion dollars on infrastructure then we need these reporters and protestors making sure funds are spent on and with us . Nothing else matters at this point . The news is FAKE and the administration has everything needed to change America . We need to be apart of that . Not sitting on the side trying to slow them down . Make the money work for us , not against us . Trump actively calling on us to get with him and we letting gays and women speak for us .
