I'm not the one buying apple products...:ld: y'all idiots gonna buy a 5K macbook because of the tariffs...:bryan: Not me!!!
This isn't about whether a company chooses to be pompous about their price points.
It's about a President actively sabotaging industries and companies that disagree with him.

WE ALL KNOW BIG BUSINESS CONTROLS THE COUNTRY. TRUMP IS TELLING BUSINESS TO BOW DOWN, PAY TRIBUTE AND GET WITH THE PROGRAM OR ELSE.

Apple products will just get more expensive. This always gets passed on to the buyer

So what will the buyer do? Will they still support apple or will apple go down in flames? Or will apple fold to trumps demands and open up manufacturing here in the US?

On the flip side what will happen with all the money the government receives from tariffs? Does that money get wasted on the wall/fund useless wars or go into much needed programs? The irony here is that alot of our national debt is to China so they could always start asking for repayment anytime.

The buyer will pay the higher prices like they always do.

I wonder if progressives/socialist/leftist will defend Apple, or agree with Trump:lolbron:

What type of question is this. Aren't you a libertarian? Why are you trolling about a policy that flies in the face of free markets lmao. The federal government imposing tariffs and then selecting who gets to win and lose (in terms of who receives relief) is about as far as you can get from libertarian policy.

Tariffs are stupid policy. Trade wars are idiotic. These are principles republicans and democrats used to agree on.

:why:Wasn't giving an opinion, was questioning if the interventionist/break them up crowd would ignore their plight, or defend them to spite Trump.
Calling it a tax on consumers is an argument that can be leveled against almost all govt. intervention into the market.
:manny:I'm enjoying watching this shyt show play out... and wonder when a leftist will come out and directly/openly support free market principles on this.
:hubie:I oppose tariffs if its unclear.
