These hunters infuse the local economy with lots of money. It probably costs around $10k minimum per person to go on a hunt over there and that probably includes transportation during the hunt, lodging, guides, and people who help with the field dressing and portage after the kill. That shyt provides s lot of jobs for locals. Shame it’s under these circumstances...

No, because illegal hunting still goes on. By also blocking the imports you create another barrier beyond them just paying someone off in Africa/Asia
