The problem with that is that Executive Orders don't have any defined limitations to them and they are often up to the courts to decide it's interpretation and decide whether to enforce it or not.

Again, Congress continuously couldn't get legislation passed, so he decided to act. It was a deadlock 4-4 Supreme Court decision which meant the lower court kept its ruling of no. You call it pandering out of your own negative bias toward him, I call him doing what he thought was the morally right thing to do even if it meant backlash and controversy.

Awwww another angry militant mad that he didn't come to the hood and make it rain or walk into the white house with a dashiki. He did enough.

it was only 4-4 because that fat italian fuk, forget his name, died, with the new guy trump put in it would be 5-3 again, only a miracle could save daca in the courts

i supported obama 1000% but the criticisms of him not doing enough for black people are correct, its not about being militant its about being real

lol black poverty rate the lowest since 2002, black unemployment rate pattern the lowest since like 2000, black wages recovered from the recession lost, my brothers keeper that literally got young black boys off the streets and into school, and criminal justice reform that proportionally benefited blacks and partially led to Obama being the first President to leave office with a lower prison population than when he first came into office in 36 years. But let's blame Obama for not being Tariq Noseed or Dr. Dumbar Johnson and let's blame Obama instead of for not giving us Mars when we live on Earth.

none of those things were specifically for black people, my brothers keeper was a nice gesture but its not a serious government program

ill give him props for the criminal justice reform but it needed to go further

*violence in chicago
*police brutality
*sessions reversing jail sentencing guidelines
*trump reinstating military transfers to police

these are just some of the issues that are 100X more important than daca, the realty is that daca is a minor issue, the reason why obama and harris are speaking out so forcefully is because they still believe hispanics and waves of immigration from latin america will get the democrats a permanent majority, so in their minds immigration is more important than other issues that effect black people more

Violence in Chicago? :gucci: Now we are using the go to right wing cac talking point.

Are you this passionate on immigrant issues when you are around your Mexican-American in laws? Or around your Carribean family members?

Maybe you should send them a link to this thread?

Rule of thumb, if you find yourself on the same side of an isssue as David Duke, Alt-Right Nazis, White Supremicists and the KKK, it might be time to reconsider your position on that issue.

That position can't be in the best interest of black people AND White Supremacists at the same time.

that's how cism works.

They said it's 8k in Indians that are on the program. Wait till the GDP and tax revenue take a hit. Homes, car loans, apartment complexes....gone. Crazy aint it. It will cost those companies millions for legal and grief counseling and support for those workers.

The audacity of Jeff Sessions telling someone to follow the law.....dude lied to Congress under oath twice. Support ethnic cleansing cause it ain't black folk brehs.

Trump Moves to End DACA and Calls on Congress to Act

The blame-averse president told a confidante over the past few days that he realized that he had gotten himself into a politically untenable position. As late as one hour before the decision was to be announced, administration officials privately expressed concern that Mr. Trump might not fully grasp the details of the steps he was about to take, and when he discovered their full impact, would change his mind, according to a person familiar with their thinking who was not authorized to comment on it and spoke on condition of anonymity.

But ultimately, the president followed through on his campaign pledge at the urging of Mr. Sessions and other hard-line members inside his White House, including Stephen Miller, his top domestic policy adviser.
Vote for an actual moron who doesn't understand the implications of his actions, and then try to defend his actions brehs.

My brothers keeper is still effective today and when he was President, he put government resources toward it.

Reform can always go further but if you measure what he did compared to previous Presidents, its completely radical change for the better that nobody else did.

You cant disregard economics when it comes to black people like you're doing. Its apart of the picture.

Violence in Chicago is something that all black people hould be concerned about, and it's weird that Obama never addressed it directly, like other black issues it was just included as a side issue in a larger issue

I don't have any Mexican in laws and Caribbean people have different opinions about immigration and they have different opinions on the massive influx of illegal immigration from Dominican Republic and Haiti into small Caribbean nations and let's just say its not all positive

Do you and other Kenyans support illegal immigration and open borders in Kenya? How do Kenyans feel about illegal immigration from somalia?
