Trump was being hyperbolic but his concerns are valid.They dont want to admit it but uk are doing no better than Canada on the paki/middle east immigration wave. The west will have to come to terms with the true purpose of immigration, and whether they intend to sacrifice the native cultural practices of their various countries at the altar of immigration.
Id actually take it further and say its a global issue since the japanese have a similar problem with chinese immigrants in Hokkaido and south Africa has a similar problem with Nigerians/ zimbabweans , and Venezuelans are causing havoc in Chile and Brazil. Even the incredibly kind and inviting Swedish are having gang violence issues(literal grenade warfare) perpetuated by immigrants.
Its to the point where we may need a new United Nations convention on limiting and controlling crossborder movement of people. Cause the current frameworks from the 20th century have failed
