Actually I believe the non voting numbers are closer to 50% of Eligible voters. Remember for like 30 years anywhere from 80 million to 100 million Eligible voters don't vote.
They were saying in 2016..that around 50 percent of brothas and 40 percent of sistas who were Eligible voters did not vote.
These folks critiquing this situation are late to the party. Folks overall no matter the race been checking out the voting process for the past 40 plus years (when we look at the voting turnout highs of the 60s).
From the democrats side they need to get over it. Unless they got a rock star / super star who got the entire package (likability, looks, swag and can talk that talk) JFK, Clinton and Obama. They ain't getting that record breaking turn out.

The focus group guy from the LA Times that does these videos is a republican hack who pays these people $100 to be on the call. In the last “independent/undecided” video he did after the last town halls, more than half of the people there said they voted for Trump in 2016 and all of them said they leaned conservative.
