What are you talking about doubt it? Have you worked in Corporate America? EEOC or not, the covert racial bias drives the disparities we see. There have been several studies showing Black job applicants get called in for interviews at much lower rates than less educated and less qualified white applicants. The laws were intentionally crafted to make it hard to sue employers for racial discriminations
But these lawsuits happen all the time

I don’t want to play you but trust I know this. Plus the lawsuits still exist the issue is you got to rely on the state to do the investigation part and sometimes even discovery during the lawsuit. That actually puts a burden on the whole process. Now you got to get a law firm to do it. Which means they either got to get a sponsor or be making enough money probably from PI cases to cover the lawsuit, which also probably going to be in a blue state cause a lot of red states are trash. The EEOC was great for getting this done in red states, where it’s a riskier proposition. Right now they are winding down operations in an attempt to stay compliant.

Long story short you’re talking corporate and I am talking the threat of lawsuit forcing corporate to not go fukk it like they are doing now. Every year companies get sued for the shyt you’re talking about and every year other companies get their shyt together to avoid being sued. Now none of them are even trying cause the risk of a lawsuit has fallen dramatically.

"Our" :heh:you have to be a pirate, because there is no "Our" lol....You come from an immigrant background.

I can't have a conversation with a liar, trying to lie and cosplay as an FBA

Nice try lol
a hyperbolic statement on my end (in an attempt to push back against your FBA garbage), but there's plenty more evidence here pointing to me actually being Black American than there is not. :manny:. when you're done with the ad hominem actually address what's being said.

I’m aware that the lawsuits exist. But my point is most of the racial discrimination in Corporate America falls out of the scope of the lawsuits. Those lawsuits involve blatant discrimination which most corporations avoid.

In the thread where you said you parents are not American, and you mentioned your parents cooked curried goat (curried goat is not an FBA dish, I searched the thread and nobody mentioned FBA. Once again your lying

Every damn thing in this country surrounds the mistreatment of black people. Bruh my parents aren't even American and be up in the kitchen on Thanksgiving talking about, "come get this curried goat." It's just not that deep. Let folks enjoy their fellowship and food.

There is nothing wrong with having parents who immigrate into the United States

You also buy Ackee, FBA's do noy have a history of eating Ackee
If you go into the "I be cooking" thread you'll see what kind of time she on :wow:. I can't go in there when I'm hungry. The one thing I will say is ackee isn't cheap. At least whenever I've seen it in the store.

I'll agree ackee & saltfish always seems to be scarce whenever I order it. And even then they only prepare it on certain days and between certain times. It's weird.

Your Jamaican bruh. There is nothing wrong with that.

Dude please, that is the only reason I would say that :mjlol:. Because the FBA shyt is literal garbage. And I have been to Thanksgiving dinners where non-traditional American food is served. My literal parents are Afram. My set of ex-"parents" are not :umad:. Make of that what you will.

Why did you parents give you up for adoption?

If extremely rare for FBA parents to give their children up for adoption

These dudes are dummies man. Trump has systematically reduced racial protections in the labor markets and they still on that smart dumb bullshyt :snoop:

Dumb ppl are the reason we’re where we are. It’s reached a critical level
More people think more with their emotions than logic. Like Kamala is a lot of things but dudes on here arguing the same thing would have happened just to save face :skip:
