I would keep that person at a distance or away from me period. You will prolly regret not trusting your gut. I like to use rational thinking with my gut instinct, but my gut instinct will prevail if the energy and circumstances just doesn't seem right. You don't want that around you trust.

That works in all situations...

Enteric nervous system...

The second brain in your body lies in your stomach, thus the gut instinct. Fasting increases the power of the enteric nervous system. I literally posted a diamond, i usually keep info like this to myself. You are welcome.

I usually try to reason out situations instead of going with my first reaction, but my gut has saved me a few times. Making me leave clubs before cats started blowin' up, avoiding household disasters, accidents, etc. I used to have issues feeling it with people tho bcs I was wayy too trusting.

The enteric nervous is an independent brain in the stomach.

The increase in power of my ENS through fasting is from personal trials.

Most people have a horrible ENS function due to constantly consuming food (processed crap at that), drinking fluid other than water, and not allowing the stomach to rest. Therefore their second brain functions at a less than ideal state and which affects the first brain as well.

Rest for the stomach is done by fasting (abstaining from food and water). It is the only way to unlock the power of your ENS. This is one of the many reasons to fast.

Mind you the ENS is a recent discovery. The brain is essentially connected directly to the stomach through the ENS. 2 brains connected functioning autonomously...

My gut instinct is right 99% of the time and that goes for everything from buying something from the store, figuring people out, Damn near everything.. every time I go against my gut feeling I end up regretting it..I really believe that gut feeling is like God telling me what and what not to do.

How often do you use your gut intuition? When it comes to things, people, situations, places or whatever.

For instance, I have a person in the perpherials my life and the energy surrounding this individual just doesnt SEEM or FEEL right.

My GUT is telling there is something there but I cant put my finger on it.

What are feeling on trusting your gut?

Talk to me Coli...

TLE

90% of the time cuz my gut is on that spidey sense type shyt

It works - your stomach or your chest will tingle when something is off imo.

Now do I listen to it - 9 times out of 10 - no.
