Do you know how many times USPS and UPS told me to go over to one of my neighbors houses or to some other random location to retrieve my packages because the drivers were too lazy or busy to retrieve them? I even drove to a different city and picked up one of my packages because the shipper put the wrong zip code. I have packages delivered daily so I run into this type of thing all the time.
