Trying to gain 10-15 pounds...any solid diet plans/workout splits?

Eat primarily late at night. Your stomach will grow and eventually build up an appetite to gain 10-15 in a month if u play ya cards right

My kid is going back to school so my weekdays will be back open to a normal schedule.

Back in the gym...help


Forget all of that stuff. Find a work program you like I prefer full bodies and eat more often. It could be as simple as sneaking in one extra small meal over time…

And if you really want to gain weight quickly participate in eating some booty. It has 5x the calories of vagina. Aint that right @You know damn well :mjlit:

Ronnie Coleman was eating every 4 hours. He was out eating grits, scrambled eggs and cheese. Washing that down with some nesquick, milk and a few scoops of protein powder. But since you probably not as advance and discipline as him. You can just start by eating three balanced meals plus a snack. . But drink a protein shake in the morning and drink one at night. If you training properly like isolating your body parts. Don’t be that dude who do the same upper workouts everyday and wonder why he look like shyt. You have take days to do legs or work your core and cardio days. I say look for some good beginning training programs online they got a lot of information on the net starting out. So it’s best to study. Once you get more advance then you can adjust it to your body because everyone’s body not the same. Also never overtrain that’s hustling backwards. That’s how you be seeing them skinny fat dudes who look like shyt without a shirt because they doing a hour long cardio session everyday. Sleep and recovery is a big deal. Like get a massage regularly and cold showers work.
