How is Big Show, Kane, Cesaro, and Ziggler lower than the likes of Stardust, Goldust, Neville and even the Usos? All those guys are at least former midcard champions and can always be given a push to that level. Dolph was just in the final stages of the Rumble, Cesaro was tag champion before he got hurt, Big Show was in a program with Brock recently and Kane was not only teaming with the Undertaker but he was also in a world title match less than three months ago.

And Cena is in the top tier
