When I saw the title of the book I thought it was another one of those viral stories like the one about Shelton Benjamin's mama. :lolbron:

But this is legit. I hope the book does well.

I read it. It's a short book (it's 67 pages) and most of the stories are about Shad fukking things up for JTG . :dead:

There's a hilarious story behind JTG's never getting a singles push. JTG pitched a new gimmick (maybe a ventriloquist gimmick?), complete with a Muppet. They were going with it and JTG even got in the studio to work with Jim Johnston on the theme song. Vince asked him how the work was coming along and JTG accidentally referred to Jim Johnston as "Jim Henson". Vince got pissed and JTG never got his new gimmick or push :dead:

It's a good read. There's a really interesting story of how the WWE fukked over talent on pay in here.

I worked for biggest company in sports entertainment, travelled the world, and was on network television regularly. That definitely looks and sounds amazing from the outside looking in. But the reality is it has its disadvantages, too. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful that I was afforded the opportunity to showcase a craft that I was very passionate about, on a global scale. However, when my passion and love for the business is twisted and used against me, then we have a problem on our hands. As much as I loved wrestling, I'm no one's fool.
In June 2013, the roster received what was supposed to be two big pay days.

When the vast majority of the talent received their checks, they couldn't believe what they saw. The check we received was both an international payout and a WrestleMania payout combined together. The international portion of the check included shows we ran in Brazil, while the Wrestlemania portion covered the entire Wrestlemania week's events. Even if you weren't on the card for the main event, Mania week is all "hands on deck" and the whole roster participates in the festivities. We were all was under the assumption that it would be overall a pretty nice looking check.

However, we assumed wrong.

When we got our checks that Monday, the entire roster (well maybe not all of the entire roster but it's safe to say most of the roster) was sent into an uproar. For some ungodly reason, unbeknownst to any of us, our payday was exactly the same cost as our work visa. In other words, we made a profit of zero dollars for that entire tour.

Snippets I'm finding on the internets

- A Diva was fined ten stacks for being late to a tour bus and almost missed an international flight
- Promo classes were taught by Cokeboy himself
- Big Show and HBK didn't like talent taking advantage of the free massages the WWE offered

My best friend is JTG's first cousin and he actually did the puppet thing on Youtube for a minute. He even had my friend make a theme song for the puppet show :dead: he didn't attach his name to it I don't think but it was like a comedy muppet thing.

i am interested in buying it,but not sure if i wanna spend money pn a book that is only 67 pages and, according to what i heard, doesnt mention the names of the participants in its stories...
can someone upload it so that i can check it out and decide weather the book deserves a buy or not?
