Watching a Raw from February 1996 and seeing how different the company was in 1996 compared to now is always weird to me.

So used to Vince being the evil ceo that it's weird seeing him be just a commentator.

Seeing Raw take place in this weird ass small arenas/gyms.

Seeing X-Pac without a beard.

been watching the mcmahon hemsley era. done played out all these scenarios the no mercy story mode millions of times, promos taken verbatim. I'll never get over them replacing big show with Steven Richards though.

I've thinking about doing the same. Everytime I try though I end up watching Nitro from 1995-1997 or late New Generation/early attitude era stuff.

Same here lol...its like something feels off and dull about watching the Ruthless Aggression era stuff. At least the New Generation stuff was so bad that it actually had a charm. For instance, I'm watching the first Raw of 1995 and HBK is actually pretty good as commentator. Hell him and Gorilla actually got a weird type of chemistry going on that actually works.

I don't really want to revisit it, but WWECW was great for the first few months, and decent for a few months after that. Once John Hennigan became champ things went downhill.
