Not to mention the visual difference in production values steadily going down with the lowest point probably being late 1994-early 1995. I'm not sure they ran any TV west of the Mississippi at all in 1993-1994.Well you know what this means..its up to @DaylitoJames to make sense of this crazy shyt

Man that Bill Watts era shyt was boring. There may have been good work in the ring but story-wise and aesthetic-wise it was trash. Nobody looks back at that era fondly. It just wasn’t compelling television. The business was changing and he tried to turn the clock backwards to dimly-lit house shows with no themed tag teams, no mats outside the ring and no off the top rope moves. And he pushed his bum ass son Erik Watts and ran off or alienated talent with his bully extortion tactics.WCW 1992 is fukking amazing
Sure there's some not good stuff in there as well, but no promotion is ever 100% great in their hot periods.
1992 roster is astounding:
Sting, Vader, Austin, Dustin, Arn, Steamboat, Steiners, Pillman, Doc and Gordy, Rick Rude, Cactus Jack, Barry Windham, young Buff and 2 Cold Scorpio, Bobby Eaton, Nikita, Barbarian, Ron Simmons, plus the NJPW guys like Like, Chono, Muta in regularly and more sporadic appearances by Fujinami/Hase/Hashimoto and also guys like Dean/Benoit/Silver King in for the NWA tournaments.
PLUS young Hall/Nash/Raven, solid mid card vets like Terry Taylor
Jesse Ventura constantly stirring the shyt, smashmouth wrasslin![]()
