I was annoyed as fukk at the Benoit treatment. I can understand not celebrating him or anything like that but to just try to essentially change history and not mention him with the other Radicalz was corny to me.
Was watching WCW Mayhem 1999, man WCW was not bad when Russo and Ed took over. This show is entertaining.

no thoughts on the Goldberg episode of the MNW
they actually went into detail about William Regal trying to prove Goldberg couldn't wrestle 
They really just gotta keep patting themselves on the back. All this talk about the streak, you got the WWE stars being interviewed specifically Brodus and Bryan putting him over and how the slow build was great for him. They made sure to immediately cut to WWE finally beat them in the ratings and how big of a star Stone Cold was at the same time

A lot of the wrestlers had 1 point about Goldberg, he was taught or given guidance to a longer career nor did they give his character any depth. So its all he knew and all he wanted to run with.

i thought nash actually made a good point in the doc. he basically said that if you exist in wrestling solely because you cannot be beat, and you have absolutely no other leg to stand on, and you owe your success mostly to the way you were booked... then basically you need to retire the moment you lose because there really is no way to ever recapture that mystique. if you can't evolve as a character or as a performer then how was goldberg ever really gonna make it back to the top once the streak was done?

Kevin Sullivan insisted on booking the streak further since he was the one booking the streak and knew how to protect Goldberg but "Creative Control" came in with Nash etc.
