Man RVD really was reckless as shyt during the Invasion And weirdly it seems to never be against low card guys. Every single time he was in the ring with Austin, Angle, Rock, Jericho, they'd end up busted open. For months this went on

RVD gets a pin over the WWF champ and WCW champ on back to back shows (even with some fukkery involved in both), it's still 5 years before they put the title on him

Am I the only one who finds Shawn's late '97 DX promos completely awful? Just cringe inducing promo one after another. Dude was trying so hard to be the "cool heel" like his boys at Turner and it just doesn't connect the same way

No. They were terrible. Every bit as bad as Hogan's rambling promos at the same time, and I'm pretty sure it was a competition between the two from week to week. Both would literally talk so long about nothing that they'd be losing their voices by the end every fukking week. Miserable times.

Lmao I forgot completely how the set up to the end of the Invasion went


Vince, who had only made 2 appearances in the past 3-4 months, comes out on Raw the night after he busted Austin's head open at No Mercy and literally says he's "had it with this Alliance crap, this Invasion crap" and makes the Winner Takes All match for Survivor Series. The same night all the Alliance talent with titles (besides RVD) lose them to WWF guys (4 title changes in total), DDP makes his first appearance in front of a live crowd since Summerslam after weeks of his guru gimmick vignettes and gets demolished by Kane, and the show ends with Vince and Linda making out



Then on Smackdown, Shane and Steph completely brow beat all the champs that lost and either fired them or suspended them. That would be The Dudleys, Kidman, Hurricane, and Rhyno. Also Chuck Palumbo got fired for not agreeing with it. Really makes the Alliance look strong heading into Survivor Series


Except then Austin came out and said wtf and the only ones to stick where Rhyno's suspension (because he was going to get neck surgery) and the Chuck Palumbo firing (for some reason)

And Good God Almighty Trish had a bubble butt in her prime Lowkey she and Anna Nicole gave birth to the modern age in terms of white women ass ... I was apalled to see how much it shrunk at Summerslam, If I was Triple H I would've insisted on her gaining some weight to fill out those pants

Now if he can convince Steph to do the same

So looking under the “Originals” section and noticing they pulled a ton of stuff off the network now

ALL of the old DVD documentaries that were under the “Beyond the Ring” title are gone. All seasons of Tough Enough are gone. All of the Legends of Wrestling round table are gone. Breaking Ground season is gone

Try doing a search. I did a search for Tough Enough and Legends of Wrestling and they both popped up. The new interface is TRASH though

will have to check later, but there was no option (at the time of that post) of reality series and documentaries under the original section.

After copping 2k19 and finding my love for wrestling again i finally broke down and copped that Network sub and man i didnt know it was this deep





Im watching that Monday Night Wars doc and its crazy how much WCW influenced the culture but the E lasted and came out on top.

Go check out 1992..with the Royal Rumble ro kick it off..then check out Austin and Rick Rude in WCW in 92..check out the Vader/Flair storyline heading into Starrcade 93..they acted like Flair was gonna get murdered. Vader had been built up so much..it was funny..comedy with how they got Flair hugging his family and shyt....lol. Crazy.
