Been going through Nitro starting mid 97 I’m in October of 98 now.

Bischoff is corny as fukk lol especially during the feud with DDP and Malone.

Hogan is super cheesy on the mic. I remember Nash saying they were telling him with the nwo he would have to change his promo style. He’s coming off like it’s the 80s still with some of the shyt he’s saying.

Scott Steiners turn and evolution to Big Poppa Pump is one of the best things so far.

I’m still confused to just wtf is going on with Bret Hart and the nWo.

Bret Hart was an affiliate of the nWo, but not an actual member. Much like Barry Windham, who was Hennig's partner and did some heater work for Bischoff, but never joined the group.

It's really wild that DDPP vs Hollywood Scum Hogan never happened on PPV. Just one Nitro match in 1997, 1998, and 1999.

I don’t know what was the point of the Road Warriors booking in their 2nd stint. Why hand them humiliating L after humiliating L for what seemed like forever?

They had the titles for a second then they lost them to the NAO. Then they went on a losing streak to seemingly every tag team in the WWE.

They got embarrassingly destroyed by the NAO and DX to close Raw which I get cause it was meant to put over the NAO and be a new guard taking over thing. But the losing streak continued and they broke up and fought and got back together.

The whole time they were still getting crazy crowd pops and chants of “LOD!” They crowd would get audibly annoyed when they’d get the shyt beat out of them by the Godwins or whoever.

Then they come back as the LOD 2000 with cheesy looking NHL shoulder pads and helmet combos and Sunny, who was getting and said and did absolutely nothing.

Then they meander around for a while and add Puke…Hawk, Animal, and…Puke. And they take an L to bum ass DOA and have Paul Ellering turn on them. Then Hawk climbs the titantron about the jump until Droz or Puke or whoever climbs up and ends up pushing him down.

They were booked weak as fukk and embarrassing. It seemed like they never lost in all their Crocket years though.

With all the talent on the WWE roster in the late 90’s Road Dogg’s ass getting the IC title was just

Big Boss Man had to have the most unlikely late career resurgence ever. He went from ass Ray Traylor jobbing and getting hoed by the NWO and eventually off screen for the most part to instantly being involved in the main event angle feuding with Austin and being Vince’s top goon. He must’ve thought he died and went to heaven.

Triple H is so dedicated to that stupid bounce back from an irish whip knee smash to the face spot. He made sure he did it in every single match. He did it to Angle to win a Royal Rumble.

When he first got there after that lame ref debut they were building a feud with a Hoegan, then that angle mysteriously disappeared and he started feuding with Brian Adams…brother.

Watching Vengeance now... My god, that Rock v Taker v Kurt triple threat is one of the greatest main events I've ever seen absolutely insane, false finish after false finish, submission reversal after reversal

Wolfpac were back to being semi faces while still being the storyline heels after only a few weeks. Then DDP and Flair randomly turn heel smh.
