Cause he was on the run. They charged him while out and he turned himself in. And never once have they even flirted with letting him out.
THIS story is that he was arrested, went to jail, was let out to handle some family business, “he is not on the run”, he is just fine, he just needs to take care of family issues and get them right and then he’ll turn himself in later on when he feels he’s good

I never saw them say Surf was arrested and then let go. Unless I missed that, do you remember where you saw that?
From my understanding it's always he knows he's facing some federal charges, didn't know the exact charges but knows they are serious, and will be turning himself in.

I don't wanna throw around the "snitch" word just yet but something is fishy. Like Fresh said, Gunna turned himself in and even Casanova did too. They both facing federal charges. The way Surf and his manager going on about this whole shyt is weird as fukk tho, that's why there's all this speculation.
