Did you watch the video? In it she is saying that all foreign governments need to withdraw and not intervene from Syria because that's what Syrians want. Frankly, I could care less. But this notion only works if all countries are going to withdraw. So I asked, in order for the point brought up in OP then all countries would need to withdraw.

So I asked, do you think Russia will withrdaw if we do?

Without the help of Allies is it not possible that Syria turns into the next AQ/Afghanistan situation or the current ISIS/Syrica situation.

The nunber of troops is in line with recent policy where we sent smaller numbers of special forces soldiers to these countries. They are highly effective and they also work well in supporting the various factions we arm. But that's really neither here nor there. Everyone knows we are involved in Syria both directly and by proxy. That's why we have this video. So to answer my question, what do you think happens if we completely withdraw? What outcomes are acceptable for Syria WRT our other interest in the region?

dont know what happens if we withdraw, i havent said anything bout withdrawing. Now that we've created this problem over there we gotta stay and take out ISIS. And to do this we'll have to STOP ARMING THEM. After WE STOP ARMING THEM they shouldnt be to hard to get rid of. Maybe after WE STOP ARMING THEM Assad can take them out hisself.

Russia was giving Syria weapons to fight off "moderate rebels" before they even sent the army in . Again , Russia is a ally of Syria.
