Snoop dropped Beautiful in 2003, & then Drop It Like It’s Hot the next year. No way Pac would’ve been washed in 03 if he didn’t get killed. Same thing for Biggie. Although, I can’t imagine Pac on a N3ptunes beat :patrice:

Pac would have moved down South and started getting into more movies…

Once he would have hit big with Star Wars, Pac would have been caking like Will Smith.
Pac would have guest starred on The Simpsons like 50 Cent and Ludacris did

I agree. In fact, I have him fizzled out by '99.

Most people dont understand, things were different in the 80s & 90s. You were really only as good as your last record. And sometimes, you might keep the quality up and still fizzle out, if there's a hot new toy that directly eats into your fanbase(DMX) and will have you looking like an unc overnight.

A lot of artist popularity wouldn’t have taken off and labels wouldn’t have run down south

Pac was working with the east coast for death row east , which would have brought some east coast artist to more of a public spotlight and a lot of artist especially in the south would have been quiet

Dmx wouldn’t have been as big cause he would’ve been looked at as an East coast great value pac

DMX was harder and much more authentic. Plus, he would be putting out his best music while pac would ve on the downside. He also would have all the fans who thought 2oac was mid, and the ones who were just anti-pac.

Debuted in 91
Died in 96
You’re saying he’d be done in 03

2003 - 1991 = 12

What’s wrong with 12 years of being a multi platinum rapper? :russ:

Ehh

Pac didn't go platinum until 95

You say this as if the sound of 2003 wouldn't have been drastically different had Pac and/or BIG lived.

Yall put more juice on theeir names after death.

2pac never altered the sound of hip-hop.

Puff was behind biggie's hits, and they were running off of mase's flavor in 97 - biggie included

nikka u have some of the stupidest takes literally EVER just to be a contrarian. Just don’t offer anything of substance outside of contrarian ideas. shyt gotta be a symptom of narcissism man. Let alone DMX was literally TRYING to get in the game since 91 and couldn’t break thru until after PAC and Biggie died. In 95-96 Puff skipped right over him and picked Murda Mase and Warlox. DMX was needed after PAC died. Who knows how things would’ve panned out if that never happened but let’s not act like X would’ve replaced PAC or some shyt that’s just dumb as fukk. They didn’t even do the same type of shyt.

I would imagine if he would have lived that long he might have lost interest in rap by then anyway. Based on what we've seen with rappers acting he likely would have only been doing movies.

Another thing is he probably would have gone back to jail and his appeal denied after the fight at the MGM though.
