Living in NYC going to the bodegas (the Halaj ones) they would have turkey bacon on deck and that shyt was so good!

I stopped eating pork a long time ago. The only Turkey bacon I eat is Empire. It’s really expensive and hard to find in St. Louis. Only one store sell it and they bust heads.

Right. I cook bacon of any kind in the oven, not stovetop. It ensures it's cooked evenly and not just sitting in it's own fat.
