The belt bounces between owens, rollins, and reigns. Harper is in the jake roberts / rick rude spot, seth, finn balor, aj styles are basically hbk/savage/jericho adjace, reigns is corporate choice obviously, bray is bray but gets title runs.

Rollins as a babyface and owens as steve austin adjace tweener is printing money. Owens already has history and blood fueds with ambrose, styles, zayn, rollins....he should never get rid of those...give him the mic and let him run wild. "Tough badass" has always sold in wrestling.
