Lamar bigger, stronger and taller, throws a much more catchable ball, has far better mechanics and accuracy, can throw at all sorts of arm angles, elite processing speed, has the agility and deceleration of elite RBs like Saquon/Shady/Barry and like you stated with tons of proof can actually read defenses unlike Vick.


Vick is closer to Justin Fields than he is to Lamar. They share a lot of the same strengths and weaknesses.
