Can I get a link of some american rappers doing this shyt, or is A$AP mob the first American rappers to do it?Basically there was a concert where there was like 4 different groups competing with each other and the challenge is get the crowd hype and to diss the other crews and whoever the crowd fukks with the most wins and A$AP Mob took part but were trash.

The sound clash goes back to the history of Reggae and Dancehall (a tradtion that has been going on in Jamaica and the UK, since Jamaica is a British colony, for years).
The idea behind it is tat two deejays or "selectors" would play different sets and "battle" each other...whoever would have the better sounds/music and get the crowd going more in their favor with more applause would technically win by the MC or the "toaster" of the clash.
The whole idea behind MC battles actually came from the soundclash loosely as well...as they would have dancehall MCs battle using the same concept.
Since Kool Herc (the innovator and creator of hip-hop) was from Jamaica, the earliest forms of hip-hop took many elements from Jamaican Dancehall (graffiti battles, b-boy/breakdancing battles, etc)...
