Testosterone would be the determining factor. Men build, take more risks, are more aggressive, are more competitive, etc. There's historical precedent to support that being the case.

I dunno. As much hell as I give men, as quiet as it’s kept, I think women are pretty fukking stupid too….
I need more details. I think Manland would develop more quickly due to male competitive nature, vitality and drive, but Womania would last longer due to their communal nature and ability to work together socially and focus on sustainability through nurturing.

The downside is that Manland will use their excess energy killing each other while Womania might last longer but won’t be worth living in without dikk around.
