I was in an outpatient program for damn near 2 yrs. You'd be surprised breh. Most addicts and alcoholics are high functioning alcoholics. I was in there with a doctor that had 3 duis. One chick was a pre school teacher, just like 27, and she literally was on her 5th dui. Still working n shyt.

DUI is a victimless crime that shouldnt be illegal in the first place. its simply a way for the state to generate insane amounts of revenue. if you cant drive drunk, you shouldnt be driving in the first place.
