he is literally going broke over dumb shyt.
I hate seeing rappers fall victim to this fate.

Theres nothing wrong with living below your means when you got it. Theres nothing wrong with being frugal.

But its rap. Theres an image rappers have to keep up to appeal to the fans. And the lifestyle associated with that costs alot of money. Which is a problem in and of itself.

Can I be honest here? You know what irks me? Chris Rock (one of my favorite comedians ever) said this un one of his routines or something along the lines of this.

Where he lives...his neighbors are Mary J Blige, LL Cool J, black actors and entertainers. And I was like....hey pretty cool.
:ehh:

Then he talked about his other neighbors and they were doctors, lawyers, computer techs, investment bankers, engineers and it made me kind of feel beside myself.:wow:

Can't tell you much, but just know that even the cops don't fukk with Prince and the fam or associates.

I'll keep it at that.
You see...this is why i have nothing but respect for southern rappers and southern moguls...they are not to be fukked with and they assume full control of their ownership and operations.

Master P. Screw, Rap A Lot, Cash Money, SwishaHouse they all were about keeping it inhouse and spreading the wealth. And they took alot of influence from the bay cause they were all about ownership and control over themselves, their inage, contracts, money, etc.

BMF....seriously. i think abiut how solid that outfit was despite their shady dealings.

Three people here in NYC i can truly attest that they are on that level.

Diddy. Jay. And Russell Simmons.

But they still sold out and kept too kany outsiders hands in a pot that should of been open to a select few but I digress. Too many NY rappers sold out and got nothing now and it makes this region look bad in retrospect.

East coast nikkas are blinded by mainstream lights and fame and lose sensw of what it means to be an owner especially as black entrwpeneurs and end up losing it.
