Yup all that money this clown Tyga paid some white man or white owned rental company could have purchased him a super nice mansion somewhere in Texas or Atlanta of his own. And if he wanted to stay close to the West coast, he could've purchased a fairly top scale home in Nevada for a way lot less than California and just traveled back & forth to Cali whenever he wanted & rented a nice hotel while he was there for longer periods.
