The Rihanna comparisons :dead:

Rihanna didn’t really blow up until Umbrella to be fair. Water was like Tyla’s Pon De Replay but it’s not looking good :francis:

Label already been cutting her budget. She has the look and “it” girl factor to be a star but she doesn’t have the records to back it up

Pon de replay was way bigger than water and Rihanna’s second album wasn’t demoted from mixtape to then EP with bombing singles.

SOS was the number one song in America on the album that came BEFORE umbrella.

To the coli A&Rs, why do y'all think she fizzled so fast? Lack of hits? Personally I think her personality/image was kind of wooden
