Aside from the fact that he's a horrible Pharrell imitiator, his pre-school sounding beats are so basic. The guys drum patterns don't flow whatsoever and don't even get me started on the bullshyt synth sounds he adds into his songs for no reason whatsoever.

tyler is more talented. hes directed like 13 videos, a commercial, does his own producing, has a fukking tv show. thats talent. oh and he can kinda rap
To say "more talented" is misleading, because a lot of people find it superior to be truly great at something, than to be ok in a lot of different things. Kendrick is a truly great MC, who many peg as the dopest out.
Tyler's production is not all that, btw. If anything, he sounds like hes updating the old Def Jux, industrial, metallic, and idiosyncratic sound from around this time last decade. Tyler's production is hit or miss at best. Its not like hes running sht.
Dont give a fck about commercials, clothes, shows --- a great deal of which is aimed at teenagers and pre-teens.

I think Tyler Creator is garbage as an emcee and demonic as a person.
His talent on the boards is undeniable though. IFHY, 48, and Rusty is some of the most impeccable production I've heard in a long time. They inspire me heavily from an artistic standpoint. Just next level stuff and would love to hear some of favorite emcees(See: Lupe) spit over production like this.
EDIT: With that said, I've always heard his production is inconsistent, and since I'll never be listening to Wolf, I can't confirm or deny these claims. From what I have heard though...very impressed.

Like No Bammer said, to say Tyler is more talented than K Dot just because Tyler producers and K Dot doesn't is a slap in the face to gifted lyricists.
Stop disrespecting our genre please. Some of ya'll are coming off as white people who don't know better. Rhyming words together thoughtfully, intricately and with rich substance while flowing over a beat takes enormous talent.
Maybe Tyler is just as talented from a producer standpoint as K Dot is as a rapper...that's about as much as you can say while being fair.

He is a just a rapper and alot better of a rapper than Tyler.
