While I don't like the fact that he came up spitting shallow Christian diatribes and and hamboning it in drag, but respect that he has used his clout to almost singlehandedly revitalize Black Hollywood. I think I can give him a pass to direct a predominately white cast, it's not like he hasn't had films and shows with alot of white actors.
