There's nothing "wrong" with identifying as mixed. You seem to want it both ways though. First you were crying about how the 1 drop rule is just something that whites made up, yet the whole time you're acknowledging the theory of "race" which is also something that whites invented. Either you acknowledge race or you don't. If you don't want to acknowledge the 1 drop rule then you should not acknowledge the concept of race at all. Be consistent.
