Its not a great compliment to rose I just for one prefer to have more athleticism and shot creation in the lineup with Rose. Two Evans shot much better from 3 then previous years and I want us to get value for Deng before he walks next offseason. We could always move Butler to the 3.

Tyreke Evans reportedly came away encouraged about his future in Sacramento after meeting with the Kings on Monday, and is on his way to meet with the Hawks in Atlanta on Tuesday.

Kings ownership re-affirmed their interest in keeping Evans but there are still no indications that they will match offers. I never used to believe in the idea of players underachieving because of a bad franchise, but in the case of the current Kings, I believe it. Cousins and Evans are all-star, or at worst borderline all-star, talents. The Sacramento organization has been fukking up talent for years.

I am a Portland fan. We took JJ Hickson. He became a consistent double-double guy one he left the Kings.
