Hundley?

Truth I, there are many more white qb’s than black, and this starts at the hs level. Blacks are more interested in positions that display their athleticism imo. I think the nfl is a production oriented league, the bottom line is wins/losses

Hue's in a tricky spot. If he plays Baker and he lights it up (and wins a lot of games), Hue will NEVER get credit for the success. He'll just be seen as the dude that lucked into coaching BM. If Baker plays 'ok' but Cleveland only wins 5 or 6 games, Hue will get the ax. They'll bring in someone that won't impact BM because BM is going to improve no matter what. That guy will come in (and you know he won't be a breh), and get all the shine on some Belichick/Brady shyt.

That's the NFL. Brehs can't be average or ok at QB and HC. The defense could be a Top 10 unit and Myles Garrett could play at DPOY-level but after every TD, BM will get all the credit and camera time. Don't say it's just a QB thing because when Russ had the LOB in Seattle, he didn't get nearly as much shine as BM is about to get. And they were competing for championships. Those Browns games are finna be loaded with pawgs buying BM jersey's and holding "Marry Me Baker" signs. Because, ya know...they can't show that kind of love to a breh at QB.

Well said. You nailed it.

Here is the deal... the backup QB position is the pipeline to coaching.... White boy is backup for 7 to 10 years and walks away with his family financially set.... he ends up getting a scouting/film job... then QB coach, and if he’s successful, head coach... that’s what that backup QB position is really about... in yesteryear, there was never this huge of a drop off in talent/skill between QB1 and QB2
the pipeline to coaching???

why are you making shyt up?? do you even realize that MOST NFL (or even college) coaches were never QB's at all?
shiet, there are alot more former offensive linemen and d linemen as coaches then QB's...

but I guess if you just throw it out there most ppl will just dap your BS without looking it up and you can feel good huh?

The goal posts haven’t moved one yard... you can’t back up your stance... and people are hitting you dead in the face with info..

You’d probably be better off just admitting you’re not a fan of black QBs for your own personal reasons... cause you’re not making sense... and quite frankly, I can tell you just started watching pro football from some of that other nonsense you posted
first off I don't give a fukk about ANY back up QB white or black. also I have ZERO issues with any QB regardless of their skin color. I base QB play on what I see and what the stats show to back that up.

only retards give a fukk about the skin color of players and coaches. and yes that includes the retarded white ppl that feel that way.

I don't give a fukk what color a QB is, as long as they give my team the best chance to win I'm good.

no, I'm a fan of sports period. and I want to see the best players play regardless of what they look like. I don't root for players based on their skin color. I root for my team first and foremost, and secondly I like to watch the best players play and appreciate their 'art'.

Seeing waht Mahomes is doing is just as amazing as see what a dude like Gronk does.

I just like seeing great players do great things, But I'm also not afraid to say when a player is shyt or overrated.

First off Trubinsky shouldn’t been the 2nd pick and might dnt even need to be in the league. It’s a travesty that the dude who beat out trubinsky 3 seasons at UNC ,Marquise Williams isn’t even on a practice squad. Black QBs never get a fair shake at the QB position.

Side note do anybody think that Bill Beli get white offensive skill players just because they white ?

While Taylor was the epitome of dink and dunk....last night felt like a set-up or scripted...the o line gave 0 protection for the dude then Mayfield comes in and they give pro bowl caliber protection...shyt is suspect

Tyrod is the captian its not right to jump ship on the starting QB like that. Maybe a couple more starts and then we could talk

Very good post. It literally only took 2 or 3 plays before it became evident that Baker is much better than him. The zip on the ball, the reads he was making, the commanding of the offense, etc. I always rooted for Tyrod but he just isn't consistent enough to be a quality NFL starter.

Yea with the 2nd throw I knew he was better. Like clearly better, Baker is a on a whole level from here even in year 1

After what we saw last night, why the fukk would you give him another chance? Just to be nice? :what:

I hear what you saying but I just don't wanna see Mayfield thrown to the wolves too soon. All I'm saying is imo give Tyrod one more half of football before you completely make the change. Hue Jackson probably coaching for his job this season as well so he gotta manage it correctly or he's gonna get fukked over

I dunno about that breh, we just saw Nick Foles help guide the Eagles to the Superbowl. We also see QBs go down every season. It week 2 alone we saw Mariota go down, Fitzpatrick start, Josh Allen start and a couple teams wishing they had a good backup QB to turn to

Foles had a decent run to the playoffs/super bowl. But he didn't really lead that run.
but regardless, my main point is that most teams aren't worried about their back up like that. only the top teams that are competing really care because they still would have a chance to compete.

for most teams if their starter goes down (for a season ending injury), the team is better off to just play the backup, and get a good draft pick out of it and come back next year.

can't be average?

Hue has won 2 games in three years....and STILL has a job there. Bowles has been shyt and STILL has a job. Marvin lewis as been average and STILL has a job.

the coli militancy is on full fukkin retard.

And would any of them ever get another job....nope. Marvin is an outlier because the Bengals are run like shyt. Similar to Jason Garrett in Dallas.

My point about Hue still stands. If Tyrod had played well and the team went 8-7-1 or 9-6-1, Hue would have a chance. No one (white) would give Tyrod all the credit, so Hue would get some shine by default. With Baker in there, the Browns could win every game from here on out and Hue could make great in-game decisions. It won't matter because Baker will be anointed the savior. BM has a couple of years of cushion because anything bad that happens will be blamed on Hue...even if it's just BM having typical young QB growing pains. When they win, BM will get all the credit.

I'm not suggesting that Hue is the next Steve Walsh or Tony Dungy, but he's in a bad spot.
