Where are they going to go.... USD is up on EUR, JPY, CDN, yuan, ruble......

They are in a crunch with the low oil prices they created in their bid to wash out American shale.... leaving the petrodollar would only make things worse. I mean they are considering doing an IPO for Aramco for fukks sake :lolbron:

short that, easy money.

Why would we normalize relations with Saudi if we're not under normal terms? Keep that relationship as having a foot in the middle east beyond Israel. What needs to be normalized perhaps is the relations the ME has amongst themselves. How can we get everyone to have an understanding of what we want, which unfortunately will most likely be the inevitable.

Dudes gotta come to terms with it unfortunately.

Essentially what you guys really want is for the US to have a hostile relationship with KSA.

Pretty stupid to be frank.

I mean...hostile? No.

But...more like treating them like Burma? Sure.

That'll never happen the Muslim world which is largely friendly would become hostile to the US.

One of the more stupid things I've read on here.

whatever it takes to get oil at $150/barrel :manny: I don't think hostility is the answer.

Not even Iran will go directly to war with Saudi.

Oil isn't going back up, possibly ever, and especially not to $150 barrel.
