I define being employed as working for monetary compensation, and that is what people who drive uber/lyft do everyday. People out here are literally feeding their families off that income, regardless of benefits and all that other shyt. The uber eats example I brought up is some real shyt, because my man was in between jobs and doing that legit helped him pay bills till he got back on his feet in the midst of looking for more stable work. And from the consumer standpoint uber wins as well, it's convenient, efficient, and affordable. That's not "slavery," like people in here are saying, that's actually a blessing.
