you time is how much you charged drivers should be allowed to make their own fare
if the drivers all quit, they would have to raise the pay or charge the customer more
the service should really cost more than a cab fare because its more convenient, if you can't afford it you shouldn't use it
you're attitude is whats wrong with americans, you don't appreciate service
the fact you are summoning a human being to come pick up at a whim is something you don't even deem valuable or have any respect for
yet before uber people would pay high as cab fares because they had no choice

Most of those ppl doing ride sharing on their breaks or in between jobs to supplement income, they used to make alot more but ehh... you better off delivering groceries or be a task rabbit than doing ride share.

the problem is there's people trying to do that job full time
I only do it after work on weekends sat and Sunday.
starting around 8pm and ended around 1:30ish
that's about 10-12 drives, and I only put 35-40 miles on the doing those rides.

Uhh, then quit and pick a higher paying low skill job. Even if they paid 3 times that, I wouldn't be dogging out my car driving strangers around - but I appreciate the service 
With Uber & Lyft it can LOOK like you made real bank for the day, but people have to deduct gas, wear, & taxes.
