Game would have been set during the reconstruction period (late 1860’s to 1870’s) in the American south. Protagonist would of been an former slave who moved to the west after the civil war to start a new life, there he is met and recruited by the Assassins and return to the south to fight the KKK.

The title was reportedly canceled mainly because of pushback regarding Shadows lead protagonist Yasuke.

I don’t think so, Ubisoft legit p*ssy. Far Cry 5 originally was supposed to be a game about racist whites but they fukked the story so much. These people also apologized for putting Yasuke in the game.

Yeah, they not going near this subject matter.

But TBF i don’t think any AAA developer would at this point. Too much money involved with developing games to play with subject matter like that. You need something black-adjacent that just hints at stuff like that which im hoping is the case with the Blade game

they should just fully remake that one set in Louisiana that was on Vita. I know they remastered it but that was basic. End of the day it should’ve been done back during the Assassins Creed 3 days. I still think AC3 deserves a full remake.
