Overeem tried to be way too passive aggressive and I don't feel like he should have went for the submission either. Shoulda had Stipe dead to rights when he knocked him down.

like others said, the thing with heavy weights is all you gotta do is connect once and its a wrap. luck or not. thats why its hard to judge who's actually a good fighter in this weight division. none of these dudes got real solid stand up honestly. well, except for Cain, i'm impressed by his stand up when he's focused.
