As Ive said, if MMA fighters are supposed to be the most elite fighters in the world, then why are football players and pro wrestlers with little to no training going straight in to beat professional MMA fighters with extensive training and careers?
Im more than certain MJW could beat some pro MMA fighters if Greg Hardy, Herschel Walker and Dave Bautista could do it. All three of those guys barely trained shyt and beat MMA vets being green.

Greg Hardy is 2-2-1 in the UFC against unranked bums.

Hershel Walker i give credit to for gettin in the cage late in life but he fought 2 guys with a total of 5 wins combined in their careers.

Dave Bautista in his 1 and only MMA fight fought against someone with 26 losses lol.

these fights were made so that these guys couldnt lose if they tried to. These freakshow fights were just to sell tickets and thats it. None of these guys will have any real success in MMA

Okay, so if were gonna consider that, then MJW would have no problem washing Perry because hes bigger, stronger, faster/more agile and athletic than Perry by far...not even factoring in the skill gap.

MJW may be a better technical striker but what happens when he gets hit? That's always the thing with these classically trained martial artists. They know their craft but in the ring/octagon, you're gonna get punched in the face. How do they deal with that? Professional fighters have dealt with as they fought going through the amateur ranks. Like Mike Tyson said, everyone has a plan until they get hit.

Also if they really fought Perry would take him down and grapple if he couldn't outstrike him.
