I feel the opposite, I’d rather game characters look closer to real people and not sex dolls

an attractive realistic game character is Chloe from uncharted or Panam but most game characters aren’t really ugly. Most “westernized” game characers are just not idealized looking anime characters and sometimes the attractive face models they hire just don’t perfectly translate 1:1 with the game engine.
