Suicide really? If he was found collapsed by a car after walking to it why would it be a suicide.

What? He took a bunch of pills and decided to take a walk to the car and expected to drop dead. Most people who commit suicide are found settled in some fashion rather it would be behind closed doors or outside hanging on a tree. Most likely not a spontaneous situation where you collapse outside in front of your car
