He just wanted to build some radical shyt with all sorts of random ass courses and its no surprise it failed.

I won't call him a thief or scam artists unless you have proof that he has taken the donated money and spent it on himself. My original take on this still stands in that Umars' ego has kept him from placing people around him that could have properly organized this endeavor and made it work much more efficiently than it currently is.
I think he's finally starting to see the elephant in the room in that you can't possibly sustain an operation like this with donations from the poorest group in America. That's probably why he's not paying the taxes because he knows it's a big drain on the little money he does have and he hasn't even restored the school, brought in teachers, etc. As someone posted earlier he really is waiting on that fairy tale donation to come from some black celebrity and make everything ok. Even if that did happen they can't bankroll it indefinitely.

I finally watched part of the OP video.Guy seems to have done a thorough job.
The thing about these types of exposal vids/posts about youtubers is that they will have no effect on that person's core followers.
In fact, if my memory serves me....the first time I saw the term "juelz", it was a thread where a youtuber was caught lying and his fans wouldn't admit it.
I made a mental note of how much the juelzing sounded like an old woman defending her pastor who was caught doing something he shouldn't have been doing.

Umar is an Internet preacher attempting to run the same affinity game but hasn’t built shyt. Dating back to when I first heard of him in 2008, he’s yet to. His initial donors have grown kids now.
