When I win I bring we with me
Ok after looking at the location on google maps I'm thoroughly impressed :ehh:
  1. It's actually two schools! (both a middle and high school across the street from each other)
  2. Huge adjacent ball field they can convert into a farmland.
  3. There is a boys and girls club there also(with a small pond) ...but i'm not sure if that's part of the package.
  4. Wilmington, Delaware - The racial makeup of the city was 58.0% African American, 32.6% White, 0.4% Native American, 1.0% Asian, <0.1% Pacific Islander, 5.4% from other races, and 2.6% from two or more races. 12.4% of the population were Hispanicor Latino of any race.

Only thing that he originally planned that's not explicitly accounted here for was housing for the children so that they don't go home and be re-indoctrinated with B.S. from "the streets". That said he could convert one of the buildings into a dorm ...or even build one on the adjacent lot/field. Basically it's a big enough property that he can do almost anything he puts his mind to in that location :ehh:

This “school” won’t be anywhere near ready in the foreseeable future. It took that man 4 years to find a building that was like 30 minutes from his hometown :dead:

Who’s gonna be teaching these kids and how will they get paid?

smh. Are you questioning why he needs money for remodeling?
Not at all. I fully understand why he would need money for remodeling. What I am questing is the sustainability of keeping the school open. It is expensive as hell to run a school. How is he going to pay for teachers, and other employees salaries? How is he going to pay for utilities, school supplies, lunches, etc... Is it going be through tuition, or is it going to be publicly funded charter school? Or is it going to be through a combination of donations and tuition? If that the case , how much money a year will the school need to raise to keep it afloat? These are not unreasonable questions. Again, if he has answered these questions before please link it to me. I want this to be successful, but at the same time I’m not going to blindly follow him or anyone else.

Can we get a full view?

Yeah, how can we be sure its not a cardboard cut out:troll:?

Good for Umar Johnson, people had good reason to believe he may have been scamming though so I won't pretend they didn't.
Personally he would probably be better off just offering a online school, and maybe just renting a building he doesn't have to maintain 5 days a week where he can mentor kids. But I won't even begin to tell this man what he needs to do if he was able to make this happen.
