Catholic schools, especially recently due to the lawsuit settlements, are begging for donations. We do tend to attack our own people more than others

That's entirely possible.
In fact, its likely.
But do you honestly think there are enough Black parents with the income to send their kids to that school, close to that school?

He's not opening this up in PG County, or Baldwin Hills, or Atlanta or Chicago.
With a small student population you have to greatly increase the tuition. So its either further exclude Black students (for a comparison, the Barrie School in Silver Springs is about $33k/year for 313 students), get a continual stream of large donations, or become a charter/specialised private school.
