Times are rough for Umar. His connection all fukked up.

Don't know why he doesn't get on the youtube hustle.

It looks like Umar’s staring to do that. I’m seeing new videos popping up regularly under that King Kong Konciousness channel

It’s actually worked in his favor. More people know about him now than 5 years ago. If 50% out of the people who know him because the memes, end up hearing his message, that’s a win.

Yea I think (hope) Umar realizes this and is starting to take advantage, not in a corny way or becoming a caricature

He was based out of Chicago for part of his career. He definitely knows who's who in that city and absolutely should know better.

Dudes attempting to randomly throw others under the bus is always funny though.

Yep. He should have known Ann Dibble, Robert Taylor, and Valerie Jarrett are all the same family.

Also the fact that Valerie Jarrett's husband, Dr. Rob Jarrett was a fellow Boule Archon.

Valerie's father, Dr. James Bowman, is a fellow Boule Archon.

Both of Ann Dibble's husbands, Mercer Cook and Vernon Jordan, are fellow Boule Archons.

And Ann's father, Eugene Dibble, was a fellow Boule Archon.

The "grandees" would get in the "arrivistes" ass for making mistakes like this and not knowing the facts. :lolbron:

It's like an older bruh stepping to a younger bruh to question about fraternity history and the younger bruh not having his facts straight. He gone get his ass beat or his letters stripped.:russ:

Umar destroyed dude to be honest.

He didn't to be honest.
Umar says a lot of things that sounds good.
But not actually practical.

For instance, when Umar says that you can't be a black elite who goes after access and resources and simultaneously be for the black community, because it's serving two masters. That's hogwash and is the reason why after fifty years, he's still begging for scraps to build his school. If he had access and resources, then his school would have been built.

Whereas the black elite, with their access and resources, have been able to build their thriving schools for black youth.

You want education? Well-to-do blacks have founded and funded schools for educating urban black youth.

John Rogers - Chairman of Ariel Investments founded Ariel Community Academy

The curriculum is finance based.

Tim King with the collective support of black chicago businessmen founded Urban Prep.

Magic Johnson founded Bridgescape Academies.

Carol Lee, wife of Haki Madhabuti, founded the Betty Shabazz International Charter Schools

Here's a whole article talking about the black independent/charter school movement being funded by blacks.

Charter Schools and the Black Independent School Movement – AAIHS

The black middle and upper middle classes have directed countless upon countless resources to help their urban counterparts.

The question is, are we doing everything that we could be doing to take advantage of these resources? I'm pretty sure most in here did not even realized all the energy and resources that have been directed towards our community by those that are more fortunate. So we should try something other than trying to vilify well-to-do blacks every chance that we get because it just comes off as crab-in-the-barrel ass hating.

I've said this before to @The Hon. Stringer Bell , you can't do anything for the black community broke.

You have to leverage access and resources to get things done.

If you don't have them, you have nothing but a mouth.

Umar has yielded no return.

I'll bump this thread in August if his school opens like he said.

Hispanics for years had a lower rate of income than blacks and they're married at a higher clip.

If everything you see is through the eyes of success than it's not worth talking about, it's people out there that value family and structure even structured in poverty over class based policies.

A big reason we have it so hard as black people is because we constantly think we're not doing well and we feel we have to improve that mentality leads to individual achievements and tend to fail away from community building.

The Jews came together after Hilter and they damn near took over the US financial system.

Umar's point is solid even with their resource the elite do little to help the community, the same dudes you send to school to become doctors and lawyers are the same ones who leave the community never to return.

If we're being honest and really care about the black community love and marriages should be on the list first.

this "for the people" talk misses the point.

most of the black upper crust look out quite a bit...if you meet the qualifications.

Umar has a PhD. He's literally an elite

there numerous black professional organizations...you can't shyt on that
