Make sure you post this too. They agreed to hand over everything about an hour ago and they wanna keep all of that confidential
Why donât they want the cat out the bag? Why they scared of artists knowing whatâs going on? Wasnât this a slam dunk case?
"Jointly Filed"
Which mean both parties agreed
He was calling Dre gay on it and speaking of Dre âDre Dayâ was another hit diss song so the success of âNot Like Usâ is nothing new in hip hop, social media just amplified everythingYou could make a fair comparison here if Drake was putting wild allegations on Meek's jacket, but B2B was overall a relatively safe diss song that really only consists of clever jokes.
Nothing overly violent or crazy with exposals or allegations, which was probably all considered when the label decided to get behind the song.
Cmon man Toss It Up is nowhere close to Not Like Us in terms of disrespect lol
And Em and Interscope caught a lot of scrutiny for the songs he was putting out targeting different celebs.
Now Aubrey is black"UMG Supports Black on black hate being the way they make their money" is what i read
Battling has been apart of black music since jazz musicians were doing cutting contests in clubs with each other. These Drake stans are brain dead.nah this ain't it. it was a friendly fade until until drake took it personal and jumped out the window.

Itâs a joint letter. Dude is an idiot. Itâs not necessarily standard but in cases such as this it is.

Both parties Agreed because Drake lawyers want to see what UMG been hiding. They been trying to get away with dismissing the case and sweeping this under the rug."Jointly Filed"

Who is the moderator on this forum? @hex continuing to allow this dikkhead to spread misinformation like this is X is crazy. Anyone who has followed this case knows the judge said discovery had to continue while they rule on the motion. In other words, since the judge refused to stay discovery while it decides on their motion to dismiss - they have to continue on with discovery (which takes months). The first part of discovery is just initial disclosures. Then interrogatories and document production and depositions. Theyâre going to fight over all of that shyt and claim that Drakeâs requests are too broad. Literally nothing has happened in favor of either side at this point except the judge not staying discovery and Drake amending his complaint.
