iunno how old you are but south central isnt the same place it was 20-25 yrs ago. it was a MUCH different environment and cacs wanted to get as far away as possible.
now you admit, "life" is getting pumped back into it. where do you think that life is coming from, hint: it aint the mexicans. im telling you as a property owner in leimert park, cacs are slowly purchasing property in the area.

This is going on fullspeed in all metro areas in america...even throughout the south ppl are getting displaced and relocated where we are allegedly doing so good
Someones a little emotional.

Yup. Black folk own property down south. 80% of the black race lives below the mason-dixon line. And 'bama' is a DC term.

you think cacs like traveling 1 hr to work? they are coming back for south central la. they're already building the area and offering homeowners damn near above asking price for their homes.
Read what you jus quoted again b. You so thirst to spew that regurgitated shyt you say in every thread. You not even reading sentences fully. Gentrification is happening all over the south too, all over AMERICA. Did you even read this thread?![]()

Are these based off "facts" you and Pot read off the internet
Or are you jus simply ignoring the fact that almost every other Non-NY poster in here is agreeing with what im saying and is reporting similar situations in their cities and states.
All the way from Omaha to Cali to Chi-raq to DC n Balitimore

Gentrification seems to be the new sensation of what is "killing hip hop" in The booth. Even doe, hip hop wise all these area's still producing gutta hip hop. Point im making is, all this "NY hip hop is dead cuz of gentrification" is bullshyt.
