my thing with pre-rendered cut-scenes is they seldom look as good as real-time rendering at the native resolution of your display. there's usually a slight blur and/or compression artifacts. and if a pre-rendered video does look good, it probably takes up a shyt load of space

not to mention other crap, like when the pre-rendered video shows you with the wrong weapon or whatever

Noticed this with DMC. The cutscenes run at 30fps and look like shyt compared to the gameplay.

I was looking at it like :wtf: am I doing something wrong. Then I remembered PC master race:win:

Why do you need to know any of this? Y'all said software doesn't matter, its all dictated by specs

Lets try this a different way. It's confirmed that the next battlefield is 1080p 60fps on PS4. I have a 660 and couldn't play at that level for BF4. Can you explain this phenomenon?

you might have a virus. you should probably reformat, re-install windows, and soak your rig in rice :troll:

yea last of us did this

wear a different shirt or have a different weapon it won't matter come cutscene, I left the regular stuff on most the time for immersion

:comeon: with this silly shyt. CG is obviously anything made with a PC that isn't text or sound. This is getting beyond the point. Basically what I'm saying is, the actual in-game visuals will look on par or will be exactly the same as the way it's shown here. I don't see what's so hard to grasp here. We're not talking about a Ps3 title no more, we're on PS4 now this isn't impossible. People said the same crap about The Order and it was proven that the visuals shown at the reveal was actually in game when the gameplay teaser was shown. same with driveclub. The cynicism displayed on here when it comes to PS4 exclusives is funny. It's always skeptics.

Yet your the same idiot blasting all the Xbox games revealed at E3 as being just CGI. Your hypocrisy is appalling.

its definitely in-game. it very well could be rendering in real time...i kind of doubt it but the ps4 does have a lot in it...

so im just reading all the tweets and confirmation that this shyt is in real time. all i can say got damn. 60 fps stupid high resolution, all those reflections, water physics...rendering on the spot. that is fukking crazy. that would melt my laptop
